By accessing Warbush and using our services, including our free tools like the URL Shortener, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Warbush provides software development, data consulting, and a digital tools ecosystem. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service (free or paid) at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of Free Tools (URL Shortener, etc.)

When using our public tools:

• Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Shortening links to phishing, malware, illegal content, pornography, or spam is strictly prohibited.
• No Warranty: The service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee permanent availability of generated links or data integrity.
• Right of Removal: Warbush reserves the absolute right to remove any shortened link, block domains, or suspend users without prior notice or justification if misuse is detected.
• Disclaimer: We are not responsible for the content of destination websites nor for any damages arising from the use of our links.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services legally and ethically. You are solely responsible for the content you process or link through our platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, trademarks, and content of Warbush are the exclusive property of WAR BUSINESS HOLDING LLC and WARBUSH S.A.C.S. Use of our tools does not grant you rights over our technology.

6. Paid Services

For contracted services (development, consulting), specific terms detailed in each service agreement apply, including payment and refund policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warbush shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Warbush against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend your access immediately if you violate these terms. Generated links may be permanently disabled.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru and/or New Mexico, USA, as applicable to the contracting entity, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
